Accurate Documentation Protects You

Sometimes, it's the only thing that protects you

Accurate documentation is sometimes the only thing that will protect you. Cases and contracts are both won and lost based on the understanding.

If what you’re putting forth in writing isn’t clear, isn’t accurate, or worse, has errors in it, there’s a high chance you may not be believed, you may not win your case, you may not win a contract.

And all of those things have long-lasting effects on your finances, and your finances directly impact other people’s lives.

So, accuracy in documentation should never be an afterthought. It’s the only thing that must be upheld when working with documentation, especially legal documents.

Proofreading a transcript for me gives me a very tangible way of helping you do that. Consulting with you over your technical documentation helps me show you where the gaps need to be shored up to help protect you.

A lot of people think that accuracy can be sacrificed a little, but the truth is, it can’t. Legal matters happen whether you want them to or not. They happen. You can ask any corporate lawyer. You can go ask any family law attorney. They happen. And all they have to go off of is the records. And that’s why you want to make sure that your records, no matter what they are, your documentation, that it’s accurate.

And if you need help with that, I can help you.
